You are at stop #6 on the Trinity College Chapel tour

This window can be found in the North Chapel of the Chapel of Perfect Friendship.

The Damon and Phintias and Aeneas and Achates windows are the first pair of windows on the left of the entrance of the Chapel of Perfect Friendship. It depicts two classical friendships. Both scenes demonstrate one friend going beyond their means to help another. Damon pleads to be held hostage while his friend Phintias, who was condemned to death for treason, could go home and say goodbye to his family. Aeneas and Achates’ story shows Aeneas and his family fleeing from burning Troy, while Achates carries their baggage to the ship for safety. Ogilby dedicated this window as evidence of his friendship with Bishop Brent, with Brent’s favorite Dante quote, “In His will is our peace” on the lower panel.
